PRELIMINARY/INTRODUCTION

These rules may be called the “RULES OF “DELHI KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION”” – Use of Technology for knowledge Advancement and Reorientation in Delhi.” (Hereafter called ‘Society’).
 

DEFINITION

In these rules unless the context otherwise provides:

1. “Society” means ““DELHI KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION”” Use of Technology for knowledge Advancement and Reorientation of Studies in Delhi.”

2. ‘Executive Committee’ means the Executive committee constituted under the constitution.

3. President’ means President of the society and of the Executive Committee.

4. “Executive Director” means Executive Director of the society.

5. ‘Vice President’ means Vice President of the society and of the Executive Committee, either elected or nominated.

6. “Member Secretary’ means Member Secretary of the society and of the executive committee.

7. ‘Treasurer’ means Treasurer of the society and of the Executive Committee.

8. ‘Honorary Members’ means officials of the state/Central Government and individuals taken in the society without subscription by virtue of their office or experience.

9. ‘Year’ means a period of 12 months beginning on 1st April of every year “Year means the year ending on 31st day of March.”
