The executive committee shall have powers to
frame, amend or repeal any bye laws for the furtherance of its objects and in
particular to provide for the following matters:-

Matters relating to appointment, removal and
resignation of the office holders of the society.

The preparation and submission of budget
estimates, the sanction of expenditure, investment of the funds of the society
and sale or alternations of such investments, accounts and audit.

Conduct of business of committees
and sub-committees as may be constituted from time to time, determining the
power and functions of such committees and sub-committees their constitution
and terms of office of the members.

The procedure for terms and tenure of
appointments, emoluments, allowances, rules of discipline and other conditions
of service of personnel and staff employed by the society: and
-
Such other matters as
may be necessary for the administration of the affairs of the society.
